It is perhaps all good news for Crunchyroll as TV Tokyo have invested US$750,000 into them. Perhaps a major and strategic move for the company and closer collaboration. Crunchyroll’s operations and corporate structure will remain the same as mentioned by ANN.
The announcement concides with the opening day of Tokyo International Anime Fair, Crunchyroll is also involved in negotiations with an undisclosed group of major Japanese book publishers for another round of strategic investment.
Wait..book publishers ? hmm sounds feasible for online manga reading or some sort.
