Akiyama Mio by upLark is a 1/8 PVC model based on the character from K-ON! Personally, I have not heard of upLark before ORZ.. .but details of this figurine seems pretty well detailed enough, especially her facial expression and the guitar.
This version of Mio is based on her first-time stage appearance in the anime where she wears the gothic dress made by Sawako sensei. :3

The base of the figure is sculpted from ABS, and the four strings of the guitar been realistically stung onto the figure, as for what is underneath the skirt, you have to order it yourself to find out, she is currently available for pre-order by Hobbysearch.
