Certainly a very accurate depiction.
Perhaps it is seeing too many impossibly short skirts in anime that the most striking thing to me about Uihara (and her friend Saten) is actually the length of their skirt ^^;
But regardless oh my opinions, this is a lovely piece.
I like how they did the floating part of the dress and the flowers in her hair that is so characteristic of Uiharu.
Has anyone every wondered what Uiharu actually wears underneath that makes Saten love to flip her skirt so much? =3
